Can you do circuit training exercising while pregnant? - circuit training exercises
I am in my first trimester, and I wondered if I did circuit training that from abdominal exercises, and includes various exercises to do. Is it safe to do during pregnancy?

No. Do not do that all the exercises, based on his belly. Arms and legs are good.
I'm not a coach or anything, but in my fourth pregnancy and I am still active. Volume circuit classes and spin classes once a week. My teacher gave me not to run my heart rate rises over 140
Ask a professional organization. I've always said if you do, if you are pregnant, you can keep it, just do not start something new, which is exhausting.
