CHICAGO - The Chicago Police Department, an officer with a Taser last month to one years 82 years swinging a hammer when the police arrived.

"My grandmother is easily confused," Taylor told the newspaper, adding that the elderly woman can be belligerent, but about five feet and not more than 160 pounds.
