Albinism Are Purple Eyes Always Due To A Form Of Albinism?

Are purple eyes always due to a form of albinism? - albinism

My friend has purple eyes, surprisingly, but still reading glasses, his eyesight is no worse than the average person. I recently read that the shades are of violet / purple caused by albinism. Is it * is * always the case, or a possible cause?
